Introducing our limited edition hand-painted decorative plate collection in collaboration with online homes and interiors magazine The Home Page.

Following on from our hand-painted tile collaboration, ArA Design Studio x The Home Page’s Riverbank Plate Collection features five beautiful motifs of plants and insects native to British riverbanks, all hand-painted in a beautiful Delft blue paint. The large plate features a frond of honeysuckle and a Common Blue butterfly; the medium plate features a willow branch and a delicate dragon fly, while the small plate features the beloved bumble bee.

The designs are inspired by the walks taken by The Home Page’s founders, Jessica Jonzen and Rosalind Sack, near their Thames Valley homes, and the restorative power of nature. Each porcelain plate is intricately hand-painted to order and double fired in Aaron Hammond and Andrea Rankin’s Oxfordshire studio.

Whether bought individually or as a full set, these painterly designs are true works of art.

Hand-painted to order here in our Oxfordshire studio, each design has a limited run of just 100 plates. We worked closely with Jess and Ros to create a collection which celebrates the beauty and importance of nature, and brings it back into the home.
